When shopping for anything, it is always best to be prepared and ask the right questions; this way, you can make an informed buying decision that is right for you, the practice, and your patients.
QUESTIONS TO ASK:

What are the Wattage and Amp draws?
How can the bed be upgraded, what are the upgrades?
What is the manufacturer’s shipping address?
Is the unit made for home or commercial use?
How long do replacement parts take to ship?
How much do replacement parts cost?
How many fans are in the bed? Can you overnight a replacement fan?
Where is the bed made?
What is the size of the bed, and the total size of room needed?
Where do replacement acrylics ship from, can you overnight it?
Cost and estimated time of delivery for a replacement acrylic?

What material is the bed made out of?
NOTE: Note: If the bed is plastic and even at room temperature time will boil off polymers and cause UV photooxidative degradation, which results in the breaking of the polymer chains, produces free radicals, and reduces the molecular weight, causing deterioration of the bed and leading to useless materials. Our units are made from heavy gauge steel to last.
